Booking Terms and Conditions
The signing of the booking form is your acceptance of all our terms and conditions set out below. Once you have returned the booking form and deposit ( 100  $150 ) the signatory on that form will be responsible for the rental payment in total. We can only hold dates for 7 days without a deposit. The full amount must be paid 8 weeks prior to your departure. If the full balance is not received at this time we reserve the right to cancel your booking .In these circumstances your deposit will be forfeited.
If you did need to cancel your booking, this must be done in writing. Cancellations prior to eight weeks before departure would involve the loss of your booking deposit. Between eight weeks and four weeks you would forfeit 50%, between four weeks and two weeks 80%, under two weeks the total amount.
3.Security Deposit
A security deposit is added to your final balance of 150 ( $225) which is fully refundable after your return providing our Management Company do not report any excessive cleaning costs or damage of any kind (except general wear and tear)
A deduction of 10 ( $15)  for each key we provide will be taken from your security deposit if not returned within 14 days of your return home.

It is the responsibility of all persons on the booking form to take care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy order. Any damage or breakage's should be reported to the Management Company .
5.Party Size
Only persons stated on the booking form are allowed to stay in the property, the property cannot be sublet.
The owners accept no responsibility for personal injury, accidents, death, loss or damage to personal belongings. All use of equipment, pool and spa are at the user's risk. Children should be supervised at all times.
Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance to cover any medical expenses or holiday cancellation.
8.Arrivals and Departures
The property will be available to you from 4.00pm on the day of your arrival. It must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure.
No pets are allowed in the property
10.Rubbish disposal.
All household waste should be left out on the appropriate days.
11.Extra equipment.
All extra items VCR, Playstation2,tennis rackets etc.are left by the owners for your use in good faith. No
responsibility can be taken by the owners if they are missing or not functioning.
12.Management Company

If you have any cause for concern regarding the villa during  your stay please contact our Management Company

13.Pool Safety Fence
A Pool Safety Fence is provided in the interest of toddler safety. If you choose to remove the Pool Safety Fence, you do so entirely at your own risk. The owners do not recommend removing the fence if your party includes toddlers or young children.
